I established Now is NOW while on maternity leave, because for the first time in my life, I knew I wanted more.
More balance, more purpose, and a career that truly energised me. And that’s exactly what I’ve created.
Today, I balance being a mum, leading in a fantastic corporate role, and running my own successful coaching business. With over 20 years of corporate leadership experience, predominantly as a senior HR leader, I bring a powerful blend of strategic insight, hands-on delivery, and a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive in today’s fast-paced, ever-evolving business landscape.
I’ve worked across industries including telecoms, recruitment, Retail, IT & security, in environments ranging from global corporate giants to dynamic start-ups. I’ve led teams, driven transformation and implemented business critical strategies. I’ve sat on senior leadership teams, travelled the world with my coaching and coached and mentored countless talented professionals.
Now, I’m fortunate enough to use that experience to coach individuals on a 1:1 basis to deliver high impact results for them both individually and for the organisations they work within.
That’s exactly what I bring to every coaching relationship, helping you deliver results that matter.
If you’re looking for someone to just listen and nod, I’m not your coach. But if you want someone who will hold you accountable, push you out of your comfort zone, and back you every step of the way, then we’ll get on brilliantly.
My coaching style is bold, practical, and deeply transformational. I combine high-challenge with high-support to help my clients break through self-doubt, procrastination and self-sabotage.
Whether we’re working one-to-one or as part of a team, I go all in. I don’t believe in vague questions that leave you wondering what to do next, I provide real-world tools, clear strategies, and honest feedback to help you take action and see results.
I blend coaching and mentoring to give you both what you want and what you need to thrive in the corporate world.
