My Story of Balance, Growth, and Success 📖🌱🏆
I established Now is Now while on maternity leave and have managed to shape the career I truly want. It's the first time I feel energised and motivated every day. I balance being a mum, having a fantastic corporate role, and running my own business.
Getting to this position didn’t come by luck; I have worked hard to implement my continuous career development strategies, and I'm ready to share this with you.
My corporate experience has provided me with amazing opportunities to travel the world, sit as part of leadership teams, implement business-changing strategies, coach and mentor people, and create and deliver amazing development programmes.
I have overcome personal barriers with presenting, self-belief, and earning my place in the corporate world, as well as pushing myself far out of my comfort zone. But everything has taught me self-discipline, focus, and proven strategies to succeed.
As an ex-recruiter and HR manager with over 20 years' experience, I pride myself on all the knowledge and experience I have.
